Summary
1997-03-21: The crew of BLS311 advised ATS that they had a gear problem and requested a fly by of the tower. A visual inspection by Tower personnel confirmed that the gear appeared to be down. The aircraft was landed safely on runway 18 at 0152Z without further incident. There were besides the crew, four passengers on board.
