Incident at Regina, Saskatchewan
Summary
1997-03-21: KBA202, a Beech 02 (1900) departed Regina enroute Calgary on a routine courier (bag) run. The crew advised Regina TCU that they were experiencing engine problems and would be returning to Regina. An uneventful landing was accomplished by the crew without further incident. CFR was on standby. Update: Maintenance inspection revealed that the right generator had seized and its drive shaft had sheared. The generator was replaced and the aircraft was returned to service.
