Summary
1996-05-10: An operating irregularity took place between ACA191 and PAG1018 (Perimeter Aviation Ltd.) at approximately 30 miles east of Saskatoon on January 30 at approximately 2225Z. Less than the minimum required separation existed between these two flights while being vectored to runway 27 for landing. Further information to follow.
