Summary

1997-03-20: The aircraft was on a flight from Keflavic,Iceland to Teterboro, New Jersey when the crew declared an emergency due to a cracked windshield. The crew requested a decent from FL390 and was given clearence to FL370 because of traffic congestion below. The aircraft then reversed course to Keflavic. TSB case closed.
