Summary
1997-03-18: While enroute from Bangor to Santa Maria the aircraft lost electrical power at 55W. The pilot elected to reverse course and in the company of N9258X a Piper PA34, returned to Bangor. Enroute the aircraft transited several restricted areas (CYR720,712,713).
