Incident at near Natashquan, QC (ATS operating irregularity)
Summary
1997-03-20: After some confusion over the call sign of CMM5516 the controller cleared the aircraft to climb believing him to be CMM 5512, another flight also in the vicinity. The climb created a confliction with AAL 53 resulting in a loss of the minimum separation required. TSB investigating.
