Summary
1997-03-20: ATL 473 and CDN 939 were inbound to Halifax from the East. CDN 939 was south of the airway. Both aircraft were given permission to decend. Both aircraft converged to under 1.5 miles lateral separation. Each aircraft had the other in sight. TSB evaluating.
