Incident at 85 miles north west of Halifax, N.S.
Summary
1997-03-20: While enroute from Ottawa to Shearwater, N.S. the pilot declared an emergency due to rapid cabin depressurization. Aircraft diverted to Halifax, where it landed without further incident. Problem appears to be the door seal, aircraft will return to Ottawa at low altitude. TSB case closed.
