Incident at 60 north east of Goose Bay, Labrador
Summary
1997-03-20: Climbing through FL210 from Goose Bay enroute Sondrestrom, the pilot reported a complete loss of pressurization. The pilot declared an emergency, descended to ten thousand and returned to Goose Bay. Maintenance determined that the rebuilt aircraft's door seal was not correctly seated resulting in the loss of pressurization. TSB case closed.
