Incident at 49N50W

Summary

1997-03-18: COL 59 at FL 310 and at M83 flying westbound reported at the cleared position of 48N50W. However Radar had him at 49N50W, 60 nm north of his cleared course. DEL11 was cleared to 49N50W and was due at that point at 1437Z and upon reaching that point there was only 28 nm longitudional separation between the two aircraft which was a loss of separation. No TSB involvement.
