Incident at Fredericton N.B. (ATS operating irregularity)
Summary
1997-03-18: The radio frequency change from Bangor was given as Chatham Pal. Aircraft was enroute from Baie Comeau to Fredericton and radar vector to runway 27. The wrong frequency was not detected by controller. The aircraft was too low to be received by Moncton frequency and aircraft infringed on CYR 724. Check fire order issued, aircraft landed without further event.
