Incident at HALIFAX / STANFIELD INTL NS (CYHZ)
Summary
1997-03-18: After landing on rnwy 33, the pilot informed tower that he was unable to taxi and he suspected that the aircrafts'brakes were frozen. Further investigation revealed that the two main wheel tires were flat. TSB evaluating. UPDATE -Maintenance determined that the aircraft had taxied through slush and snow before departure from Gander and this contamination had frozen in flight. TSB case closed.
