Incident at Halifax, N.S. (Aerodrome - runway or taxiway surface condition)
Summary
1996-06-17: While taxiing to the departure end of runway 06 the pilot was unable to stop the aircraft due to slippery conditions. The nosewheel slipped beyond the threshold lights by a very short distance, onto a paved surface. The aircraft was backed up and taxied to the ramp for inspection. No damage. No TSB involvement.
