Incident at Quebec

Summary

1997-10-08: The aircraft VFR from Baie-Comeau to Quebec was lost about 40 miles east of Quebec. He made it to Quebec with the assistance of Quebec terminal and landed. While taxiing, a gust of wind lifted up the tail and tilted the aircraft lightly on the side. The left wing tip and propeller touched the ground. The pilot who was the only person on board was not injured.
