Incident at Dorval


1997-09-29: A loss of separation occured between AAQ132 (IFR from Dorval to Quebec) who had departed runway 28 on a heading of 315, and NWA 996 (IFR Detroit to Dorval) who had made a missed approach to runway 24R and was on a heading of 360 given by the tower controller. There was 800 feet vertical and one mile or less spacing between the aircraft. Weather M14 broken, 78 overcast, vis 6 RW-F.
