Incident at BLANC SABLON

Summary

1997-07-08: On return form a VFR flight from Setp-Iles, on descent, at about 11000 feet, the pilot sensed a slight vibration. The pilot selected propeller de-icing and the vibration seemed to stop. He landed at Blanc Salon and noticed that there was a delamination of horizontal stabilizer, possibly due to a enlarged crack.
