1996-11-15: At 1153Z, 20 miles north-east of Quebec, the pilot who was going to take-off VFR toward Wabush, advised that he was shutting down an engine and was going to return to land at Jean Lesage. He advised that he did not need ERS and he landed without further problems on runway 12 at 1205Z. Weather VFR.
