Incident at Quebec

Summary

1996-03-12: During the takeoff for Puerto Vallarta, a passenger signalled that an inspection panel on the left engine panel had come off. The panel, 7 X 9", was recovered on the runway. The aircraft diverted to Mirabel to have a new panel installed and the check list was modified to include all panels.
