Incident at Dorval
Summary
1996-02-01: While taxiing on Alpha from Canadair to runway 28 for departure to Dulles, the aircraft crossed the runway hold line without authorization. The pilot advised the tower that he had been unable to stop in time. A DA20 was on a one mile final for that runway.
