Incident at PRINCE RUPERT
Summary
1996-05-02: Aircraft was on a four mile final for Rwy 31 and declared an emergency. Aircraft landed and exited runway onto Taxiway A where both engines quit. Pilot reported the cause of the emergency as extremely rough running engines.
