Incident at Salmon Arm (Aerodrome - runway or taxiway surface condition)
Summary
1997-11-19: After two unsucessful IFR attempts the pilot attempted a VFR approach which was also unsuccessful. The pilot then proceeded to a closed private airstrip where on landing the aircraft sank up to the top of the wheels in mud. There were no injuries to the ten persons on board.
