Summary

1996-11-19: The pilot got lost enroute on a VFR flight from Tofino to Port Angeles. He declared an emergency due to low fuel on frequency 121.5 Mhz. Navy Whidbey radar contacted him and vectored him to a safe landing at the Port Angeles airport.
