1996-06-17: THE PILOT TAXIED FOR AND DEPARTED RUNWAY 11 WHILE BCG470 WAS HALF WAY DOWN RUNWAY AFTER LANDING. THE C182 PILOT WAS CAUTIONED THAT THE CITATION WAS STILL ON THE RUNWAY BUT DEPARTED ANYWAY. NEITHER AIRCRAFT TOOK EVASIVE ACTION.
