1996-02-16: ENDERBY PAL WENT DEAD FOR FIVE MINUTES WITHOUT WARNING. AF370V PAE - LFPB, WAS CLEARED TO FL350 DUE TRAFFIC (WRONG ALTITUDE FOR DIRECTION) WHILE TAF1311 WAS AT FL350 YC TO YVR. TUNEABLE LINE USED TO CLEAR TAF TO FL310. 6 MILE SEPARATION WITH ALTITUDE.
