1996-01-19: Pilot reported 16 miles east of the Toronto City Centre Airport with rough-running engine. Pilot advised tower he was able to maintain altitude. Aircraft was given straight-in approach to runway 26 (runway 08 was active, wind 050, less than five knots). ERS was on stand by for the uneventful landing at 2334Z. Ops.
