Summary
1997-11-21: JIA4046, BA14, Jetstream International JTL7027 was holding at Alpha for runway 30 at 4,000' ASL. JIA4046 departed runway 24 and climbed above 3,000'. Preliminary investigation shows that JIA4046 climbed through his assigned altitude of 3,000' to 3,500'. The aircraft came within three miles and 500'. Ops. Impact -- none.
