Summary

1997-10-28: Aircraft inbound to YYZ, level at 8,000' ASL, received a resolution advisory and climbed to 8,300' ASL. The traffic that caused the alert was a CL60 that was climbing to 7,000' ASL on departure out of Toronto, and due to autopilot problems, climbed to 7,400' ASL. The aircraft were opposite direction to each other and traffic was passed. Ops. Impact -- unknown.
