Incident at Toronto

Summary

1997-09-26: The St. Hubert-based aircraft was in contact with Toronto (City Centre) airport and stated that an engine failure had occurred. The pilot indicated that a landing would be performed straight ahead. The aircraft landed on the Lake Ontario shoreline south of Greenwood racetrack. Ops. impact -- none. Two (2) S.O.B. -- apparently no injuries. Damage reported to be little or none at all.
