Summary

1997-08-06: While in cruise flight from Hamilton, the number one (#1) propeller began to surge. The crew shut down the number one (#1) engine and made an unscheduled landing at London airport. Maintenance reported a faulty propeller governor. The governor was replaced and the aircraft was returned to service. Ops. impact -- unknown. From a TSB initial notification.
