Incident at London, ONT


1997-08-06: Approximately two (2) minutes after take-off, the number one (#1) fuel pressure light illuminated, followed by a loss of power. The crew shut down the number one (#1) engine but continued the flight to a nearby airport. The helicopter landed uneventfully. The operator reported failure of the EDP high pressure pump, resulting in a fuel pressure drop and loss of power. Ops. impact -- unknown. From a TSB initial notification.
