Incident at Toronto, 10mi W of LBPIA

Summary

1997-08-01: Radios failed when the aircraft was approximately 10 miles west of LBPIA. When the radios failed, the pilot was mentioning an oil pressure problem. Aircraft proceeded to LBPIA and commenced an approach to runway 06L from the northwest. Aircraft landed NORDO and proceeded to the general aviation area. Ops. Impact -- one arrival was taken out of the approach and numerous departures were delayed off runway 33.
