Summary

1997-07-17: The aircraft departed Ottawa (M CIA) on a flight to Stephenville (NFLD). The pilot reported that there was a problem and that they would cancel their IFR flight plan and return to Ottawa (M CIA). When the pilot checked in on the tower frequency, a fuel leak was reported. ERS were requested to standby for the uneventful landing at 1240Z. Ops. impact -- none.
