Incident at TORONTO / LESTER B. PEARSON INTL ON (CYYZ)
Summary
1997-07-10: On route, the number two hydraulic system fluid quantity dropped. The flight diverted to LBPIA. On final approach, the alternate gear extension system was used to extend the landing gear. ERS was standing by for the uneventful landing. Maintenance reported finding a ruptured nose gear actuator hydraulic line. The line was replaced, and the operator issued a service difficulty report with Transport Canada. From a TSB Initial Notification.
