Accident at Gananoque (Runway excursion, Engine - malfunction)
Summary
1997-07-08: During the takeoff at Gananoque Airport, during glider operations, the C150 tow aircraft was unable to climb. The glider aircraft was disconnected and landed safely with minor damage and no injury. The C150 tow aircraft landed straight ahead in a corn field, substantial damage, no reported injuries. Ops. Impact unknown.
