Incident at St. Catherines, Ontario
Summary
1997-03-17: Two C152's and a C210 were inbound for landing. 1st C152 landed, second C152 reported final. C152 landed and when clear of the active, was called by the Flight Service Specialist who said he had the aircraft clear of the active. Pilot responded that was not him that had landed and he was still on final. Specialist realized the C152 (C GJVD) was a third C152 that had landed without prior contact with the FSS. Pilot apparently made calls on Hamilton tower frequency, as if it were St. Catharines. Ops. Impact none.
