1996-04-01: DURING THE DESCENT FOR TORONTO, THE AIRCRAFT WAS GIVEN AN ALTITUDE OF 5,000 FEET A.S.L. DUE TO VFR TRAFFIC ASSIGNED TO 4,500 FEET A.S.L. THE TRAFFIC WAS PASSED TO THE CREW OF ACA425. IT APPEARED THAT THE VFR TRAFFIC CLIMBED TO 4,700 FEET A.S.L. ACA425 RECIEVED A RESOLUTION ALERT AND CLIMBED TO 5,200 FEET A.S.L. OPS. IMPACT -- NONE.
