1996-03-07: EN-ROUTE FROM MONTREAL INTL (DORVAL) TO HAMILTON (WEST OF OTTAWA AND 26,000 FEET), THE CREW ASKED FOR A DESCENT AND LANDING AT MACDONALD-CARTIER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT DUE TO A CRACKED WINDSHIELD, PRESSURIZATION AND ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS. AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED WHEN THE AIRCRAFT WAS SIX (6) NAUTICAL MILES WEST OF THE AIRPORT. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED SAFELY AT 2108Z. OPS. IMPACT -- NONE.
