Summary

1996-02-19: THE PILOT WAS TAXIING THE AIRCRAFT IN BLOWING SNOW CONDITIONS IMMEDIATELY AFTER BEING DE-ICED. THE PILOT SAW ONE SET OF DOUBLE LIGHTS FOR THE TAXIWAY ENTRANCE BUT MISTOOK A SINGLE TAXI LIGHT FOR THE OTHER SET OF DOUBLE BLUE LIGHTS. THE AIRCRAFT EXITED THE TAXIWAY AND CAME TO STOP WHEN THE MAIN WHEELS CONTACTED A SNOW/ICE BANK. THE STARBOARD PROPELLER CONTACTED THE TOP OF THE BANK AS IT PASSED OVER IT. OPS. IMPACT -- UNKNOWN. DAMAGE -- NONE. 13 S.O.B. FROM A TSB INITIAL NOTIFICATION.
