Incident at Vicinity of Toronto
Summary
1996-02-13: As throttles were retarded at the top of the descent, an explosive pneumatic noise was heard and the EICAS indicated "body duct leak". The appropriate procedure was followed and the flight landed uneventfully. Maintenance discovered a four foot section of pneumatic duct was missing from inside the left wheel well and are repairing same. From a TSB initial notification. OPS impact--unknown.
