1996-01-18: BE76 DUCHESS OTTAWA FLYING CLUB C-GJFE ONE ENGINE OUT AND UNSAFE GEAR INDIC INDICATION. A/C DID LOW PASS AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT ON RWY 07. OPS IMPACT C-GJFE WAS SLOW TO EXIT THE RWY ONE A/C ON FINAL HAD TO CIRCLE AND RETURN FOR LANDING ON A DIFFERENT RWY. TIME = 2353Z. 2001-04-06: The pilot reported that the aircraft (C-GJFE) had one engine out and a landing gear unsafe indication. The aircraft was flown in a low pass and landed without further incident on runway 07. Ops. impact -- C-GJFE was slow to exit the runway and one (1) aircraft on final had to circle and return for landing on a different runway.
