1996-01-18: B737 UAL364 WAS WESTBOUND AT FL280. LR24 PAI67 WAS EASTBOUND AT FL290 RADAR INDICATED 28800 FT 200 FT BELOW FL290 BUT WITHIN ACCEPTED TOLERANCES. UAL364 WAS TCAS EQUIPPED AND RECEIVED A RESOLUTION ADVISORY TO DESCEND. THE A/C DESCENDED ABOUT 600 FT AND THEN CLIMBED BACK UP TO FL280 SHORTLY THEREAFTER. OPS IMPACT NONE.
