Summary
1996-01-18: C150 AERO ACADEMY C-GZBX REPORTED TO LONDON TOWER THAT THEY WERE ENCOUNTERING CLOUD AND FOG NW OF LONDON. THE CONTROLLER ADVISED THE PILOT TO PROCEED WEST WHERE A PIREP INDICATED GOOD GROUND CONTACT. ONCE CLEAR OF CLOUD THE CONTROLLER PROVIDED THE PILOT WITH A VHF/DF STEER TO LONDON.
