1996-01-18: The crew of ACA194 overshot runway 09 at Saskatoon due to a tailwind/windshear. While on the overshoot, the crew advised ATC that they were experiencing a slat problem. The aircraft was vectored and a successful landing was accomplished on runway 09. The crew indicated that they were experiencing a 25 knot tailwind from the west at 900 ft AGL.
