1996-01-18: THE PILOT OF C-GGSM A PIPER AERO TELEPHONED AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL AND ADVISED THEM THAT HE WAS MISSING A WHEEL PANT OFF THE AIRCRAFT. HE SUGGESTED THAT SINCE HE HAD JUST LANDED AFTER A LOCAL FLIGHT, THAT THE PART MAY BE ON THE RUNWAY. THE RUNWAY WAS INSPECTED AND NO F.O.D.
