Incident at SASKATOON / JOHN G. DIEFENBAKER INTL SK (CYXE)
Summary
1997-11-04: While accomplishing touch and go landings the pilot was unable to retract the flaps. The pilot completed the circuit although with some difficulty and landed safely. Maintenance were unable to duplicate the flap problem. Cold weather is more than likely was a player in this one. The flaps are electric, moisture, may have induced a problem with the micro switch. The aircraft is back in service.
