Summary

1997-10-21: Canadian Military CF18 enroute from Cold Lake to Thunder Bay declared an emergency 120 miles east of Winnipeg with engine problems. The aircraft returned to Winnipeg and landed safely at 2045Z. No other aircraft were inconvenienced.
