Incident at KENORA ON (CYQK)

Summary

1997-09-18: Bearskin flight 311, a Beech 99 aircraft, was on final approach to runway 07 at Kenora Airport when the crew observed another aircraft approximately 200 feet beneath them. Kenora Flight Services was not in contact with the aircraft at the time. The crew reported the aircraft colour as yellow and white, and the aircraft was float equipped and had a radial engine. No registration was identifiable. Weather at the time was reported as: YQK 2100Z B6 OVC 6F 118/19/17/1408/987/SF10 CIG RGD
