Summary

1997-09-02: The pilot of a Piper J-3 Cub aircraft was attempting to land on a dirt road. The pilot decided to overshoot, but struck bushes on the departure end. The aircraft came to rest on its nose in a reservoir of water. The pilot was not injured.
