Incident at Winnipeg Area Control Centre (ATM - NAVAIDS/radar)
Summary
1997-07-30: At 1628Z, there was a radar data processing system (RDPS) malfunction at the Winnipeg Area Control Centre. The malfunction resulted in all radar targets freezing on all radar displays. The radar displays returned to normal in approximately 30 seconds. Winnipeg Data Systems controllers are investigating.
