Incident at WINNIPEG / JAMES ARMSTRONG RICHARDSON INTL MB (CYWG)

Summary

1997-04-14: Perimeter 204, a Twin Engine Metro Liner (SW4) was inbound to Winnipeg from Oxford House. The crew reported an unsafe gear indication and did a low approach so ground observers could determine whether or not the gear was down or appeared to be extended. The nose gear was not down. The crew then lowered the gear manually and the aircraft landed without further incident. CFR responded and no other aircraft were inconvenienced. TSB are investigating.
